If you’r looking for low calorie brownies don’t look further try this fudgy and chocolately vegan sweet potato oats brownies this are rich and decadent.

Ingredients list:
* 1 large boiled or bake sweet potato(mashed)
* 1 cup grind oat flour
* 1/2 cup of whole wheat flour
* 2/3 cup maple syrup
* 1/2 cup almond butter or peanut butter
* 1 tbsp pure vanilla extract
* 1/3 cup melted vegan butter
* 1/2 cup cacao powder
* 1/4 teaspoon cacao powder
* 1 tsp baking powder
* 1 tsp baking soda
* 1/2 cup of walnuts or dairy free chocolates chips

Instructions
1)In a medium pot boil the potato in a high med high heat for 30-40 minute
2)Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper
3)To a large mixing bowl add sweet potato,maple syrup,peanut butter,vanilla extract,melted vegan butter and mix to combine
4)Add cacao powder,sea salt,baking powder,baking soda,oats flour,whole wheat flour and stir until a thick scoopable batter.
5.Transfer the batter to the baking dish and spread into an even layer using wood or rubber spatula then top with chocolate chips or pecans
6)Bake at 350’F for 28-32 minutes.
7)Once its done let it cool and from the pan for 30 minutes to an hour
8)Lift out from the pan slice serve and top with your favorite toppings and Enjoy!
