All of these recipes have one key star ingredient: Greek Yogurt. I use Chobani, but any nonfat Greek Yogurt is so versatile. I’ve also used low-sugar, low-carb, low-fat, diet-friendly ingredients such as Swerve Sweetener and Lily’s Chocolate Chips (sweetened with stevia).
