2 cups Brown Rice
4 cups Water
1/2 cup freshly grated Coconut
1/2 – 1 tsp Salt or as per taste
1/2 – 1 tsp of Sugar (Optional)
1/2 tsp Ghee / Clarified Butter for each Dosa / Crepe
