HEALTHY Paneer Bhurji Recipe | Restaurant style | Indian Vegetarian Recipes | Vaishnavi Sangani

Here’s a really simple recipe for the all-time and any time favourite- Paneer Bhurji.
Ingredients:
2 Medium Sized Onion
2 Green Chillies
1 Tomato
3-4 tbsp Coconut Oil/ Ghee
Salt To Taste
1 tsp Cumin(Jeera)
1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp Coriander Powder
1/2 tsp Garam Masala
1/2 tsp Kitchen King Masala
1/4 tsp Chat Masala
1/4 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
150gms Paneer, crumbled
1/2 Cup Water
40gms Butter
Coriander Leaves and Cheese for garnish.
Method:
1. Chop the onions, tomato and green chillies and keep separately.
2. Heat coconut oil/ghee in a pan and add cumin(jeera) to it. After it turns aromatic add chopped green chillies and saute.
3. After that add onion to it. Saute well until the onions turn brown.
4. Add tomato and then add salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, kitchen king masala, chat masala, ginger garlic paste and mix well.
5. After 5 minutes, add the crumbled paneer and mix.
6. Let it cook for 4-5 minutes and then add water to it and mix. After 1 minute add butter and mix well.
7. Turn off the flame and garnish with coriander leaves and cheese.
