Highly healthy and nutritious salad with high protein content
INGREDIENTS :
Carrot – 1 cup
Capsicum – 1 cup
Cabbage – 1 cup
Spring onion – 6 – 8
Paneer – 1/2 cup
Chicken – 1/2 cup
Prawns – 1/2 cup
Eggs – 2 Nos
Oil
Vinegar
White pepper
Salt to taste
PREPARATION :
– saute all the vegetables for few mins separately
– fry the marinated chicken and prawn till it cook and sprinkle some white pepper while frying
– fry the paneer for few mins and sprinkle white pepper
– scramble the egg and add white pepper
– fry spring onions too
– add 2 tsp of vineger , 1 tsp of white pepper and salt to taste , to the mixture and serve
