These mouth-watering Rava appams or semolina appe prepared with Semolina (suji) and veggies are a perfect breakfast or snack choice. It is quick to make and tastes delicious.

Ingredients:-
Semolina (sooji) – 1/2 cup
Mustard Oil – 2tbsp
Green peas -1/4 cup
Green beans – 1/4 cup (finely chopped)
Green chilly – 1 finely chopped
Salt – 1/2 tsp or as per taste
Red chilli powder – as per taste

Directions-
1. Take semolina in a big bowl
2. Now add all the ingredients in it and mix well.
3. Now add water or curd to make a batter. The batter should not be too thick or too runny.
4.Cover and keep the batter for 10 minutes to rest.
5.Meanwhile grease the appam maker with mustard oil.
6.Now pour the batter in it and cover it with a lid.
7.Let them simmer for 3-4 minutes on low-medium flame.
8.Now flip the appams when they turn golden brown from beneath and continue cooking until they get properly cooked from both the sides.
9.Serve hot with any chutney or dip.
