APPAM WITH VEG STEW

This dish is very tasty and healthy and nutritios as it has very less oils used,& so much of vegetables used. And coconut milk is also dietician recommends. This u can say jain recipe too as no onion , garlic used. And can say vegan recipe too. Friends in kerala they makes appam in appam kadai and one side only. But i prefers this both side to be done.Moreover not spicy so children also can eat. So try once, i bet you will make it again and again.
