Ingredients
Badam – 1 n half Tbsp
Cashews – 3 Tbsp
Pista – 1 Tbsp
Groundnut – 3 Tbsp
Melon Seeds – 2 Tbsp
Sesame Seeds – 1 n Half Tbsp
Grated Coconut – 3 Tbsp
Oats – 1/2 Cup
Dates – 10 to 12 Nos
Ghee – 1 Tbsp
Cardamom – 1/2 Tsp
Jaggery Powder – As required
