1:15 – moomdal ka paste jyada patla na hi jyada mota hona chahiye.
1:15 – मूमदाल के पेस्ट ज्यादा पतला न ही ज्यादा मोटा होना चाहिए।
2:05 – pan ko pahle full flame me heat kar le,fir bad me medium to low flame heat rakhna hai.aur batter kam quantity me dale taki dosa patla bane.
2:05 -पैन को पहले फुल फ्लेम पे हीट कर लेना है,फिर बाद में मीडियम टू लो फ्लेम हीट में रखना हक़ी।और बटेर काम quantity में डाले ताकि डोसा पतला बने।
2:32 – dosa agar chipakne lage to upar se aur corner me halka oil dal de.
2:32 – डोसा अगर चिपकने लगे तो ऊपर से और कॉर्नर में हक्का और डाल दे।
