This is an introductory video for a new series “Healthy recipes and Healthy eating” in my channel. This is not a recipe video. In this video, I am talking about how we can manage to eat Indian flavours in our daily life by replacing with healthy ingredients and still live a healthy life. Our palate is so much complex with all our indian masalas and curries, so when we intend to lose weight or try to transform to a life style change, following a “traditional weight loss journey/life style transformation” with smoothies, boiled vegetables and eating bland cooked meat becomes a challenge and difficult to follow in long term. So in this series i will be uploading different episodes of healthy recipes in our indian flavours which can be included in ur day-to-day menu to change our path to a healthy lifestyle.Stay tuned.
