Hey YouTube. Today, I will be showing you a pizza that is not only delicious, but also nutritious. This recipe is easy to make and will help you stay on the path towards your fitness goals.

Recipe (Thanks to Will Tennyson for the pizza crust recipe):
– 100g or 1/2 cup Fat Free Plain Greek Yogurt
– 70g or 3 tbs Egg Whites
– 40g or 1/3 cup All Purpose Flour
– 10g or 1.5 tbs Coconut Flour
– 120g or 1/2 cup Low Calorie Pizza Sauce
– 30g or 17 slices Turkey Pepperoni
– 56g or 1/2 cup Fat Free Mozerella Cheese
1. Preheat oven to 500F or 260C
2. Mix yogurt and egg whites in a bowl until an even mixture is achieved.
3. Add flour, baking powder, and seasonings into the mixture and continue to mix until a thick, pasty consistency is achieved.
4. Spread dough out into circular shape on a pan lined with parchment paper.
5. Wet hands with water and use fingers to flatten out the dough.
6. Bake in the oven for 5-8 minutes.
7. Take crust out of the oven and let set for about 1 minute.
8. Add sauce, cheese and pepperoni on top of the pizza.
9. Place pizza back into the oven and let it bake for 3-5 additional minutes.
10. Take pizza out of the oven, let it cool for a few minutes, and enjoy!
