Amaranthus Green leaf / Thandi Keerai
250gm
1 onion
1 onion
2 red chilli
salt to taste
water as required
seasoning in oil, mustard, split urud dal and channa dal
add above ingredients one by one and saute wel.. add little water and cook
add kulambu masala, masala recipe available in my channel..
so then rest it to cool and grind it
now in a pan add oil, and seasoning with mustard and split urud dal.. add the ground paste and cook for 30 seconds and serve with hot rice and ghee
Raw banana fry
1 raw banana
wash and cut into small pieces
add oil and sliced onion in a pan, saute few minutes
then add raw banana, and saute well
add chilli powder and garam masala saute until ti cooks well
serve with rice rasam green leaf curry….
