Airfryer can be used as a alternative cooking method instead of deep frying.
the oil intake is too much when we deepfry . instead do try this method once in a while. Do not use packed frozen products who are calorie conscious. it will be unhealthy . always make the mixture yourself to add the salt etc as per requirement .
only take care that we should not over fry the eatable in the airfryer .
you may insert a toothpick to check if the recipe is ready. if the toothpick comes out dry its ready t eat.
