ingredients
normal oats – 2 cups
rice flour – 1 cup
semolina / Roasted Rawa – 1/2 cup
salt as per taste
jeera – 1 tsp
pepper powder -1 tsp
onion – 1 finely chopped
green chillies – 4 finely chopped
coriander leaves – 1/4 cup
water – 6 cup
ginger – 1 tsp finely chopped
