Hey y’all! Welcome back to my channel. I eat based on the energy requirements needed to achieve my goals, and my current goals is fat loss, so I am in a caloric deficit. With that in mind I tend to choose foods that are lower calories, high volume, and micronutrient dense. In this video I made the lower calorie and high volume version of açaà bowls, sandwiches, and pasta. If you are someone that is wanting healthy, lower calorie food alternatives to your favorite higher calorie foods—then this video is for you!
