Methi Palak Chilla Recipe Ingredients

1 1/2 cup Palak Chopped (Spinach)
1/2 cup Methi finely chopped (Fenugreek leaves)
1/4 cup Hara Dhania finely chopped(Green coriander leaves finely chopped)
1 Medium Size Onion finely chopped
1 large size Tomato finely chopped
3 Hari Mirch finely chopped (Green chilli finely chopped)
(1 Tbl sp)
6 to 7 Lasun ki kali Grated
(Garlic Grated)
1 Tsp Adrak paste (Ginger)
1/2 Tsp Hari Mirch ki paste
(Green chilli paste)
1 Tsp salt
1/2 Tsp Ajwine(Carom seed)
1/4 Tsp Hing (Asafoetida)
1/2 Tsp Red chilly powder
1/4 Tsp Haldi powder(Turmeric powder)
1 cup Besan (Chickpea flour)
(125 gram)
1/4 cup Oats
2 pinch Baking soda
2 Tsp Oil
3/4 cup water
1/2 Tsp Jeera (Cumin seed)
