What I Eat In A Day To Heal My Relationship With Food + HEALTHY GRANOLA RECIPE!

GRANOLA RECIPE:

Ingredients:

1/2 Cup Raisins
1/2 Cup Sunflower Seeds
1/2 Cup Pumpkin Seeds
1 Cup Desiccated Coconut
1/2 Cup Roughly Crushed Cashews
1 Tbsp Coconut Oil (melted)
1/2 Cup Sliced Almonds
3/4 Cup Rice Malt Syrup/Pure Maple Syrup/Agave

Method:

Preheat oven to 150 Degrees Celcius. Measure out all of your ingredients and mix into a bowl until all day and wet ingredients are evenly dispersed. Once your mixture is a little sticky, line a tray with baking paper and spread the mixture out evenly across the tray. Place in preheated oven for 10 minutes, take out and give it a nice little stir making sure all of the uncooked mixture is on top. Bake it for another 10 minutes or until all is golden brown. Let cool, then transfer into a storage jar and enjoy! x
