Hi everyone! Here´s the Update on the 3rd Week of the 1 Month Reset Challenge!
So far so good, this week I finally got to eat delicious healthy meals packed with nutrients! I´m ducating my body to not crave bad food so I make sure I eat satisfying meals with fibre and all the macros: Protein, Fat and Carbs. I use healthy alternatives to the food I love so I can keep it conisistent and sustainable!
