Delicious, Healthy No Bake Energy Balls! This is an easy no bake snack recipe at home. This carrot cake snack is filled with clean ingredients that will fuel your day, and portable snacks are perfect for on the go! This healthy snack is just what you need for that afternoon pick me up with an afternoon cup of tea or coffee.

This carrot cake no bake snack ALSO tastes like a dessert, it is the perfect amount of sweetness from the maple syrup. I love creating no bake recipes because they’re so easy and convenient. This is a great preworkout snack and has helped to curve my sweet tooth during my weight loss journey. Over the years of training, I have developed many recipes that taste delicious and have allowed for me to stay on track to lose weight.

To make these no bake carrot cake energy bites, you will need the following ingredients:

1 cup flour
1/4 cup shredded carrots
1/4 cup pecans
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
2 tbsp Daily Uplifter
1 tbsp almond butter
1/4 cup maple syrup

To make these 8 ingredient healthy, energy bites, place all of your ingredients into a food processor. Blend until well combined, you may need to pulse several times and scrape down the sides to ensure all ingredients are well incorporated. Once well blended, roll into balls and store in the fridge! These are such a yummy snack to include in your weight loss journey. LOVE eating a sweet treat that is filled with healthy ingredients!
