Gluten Free Cup Cakes
Great Value Yellow Cake Mix
6 tbsp. butter
3 eggs
2/3 cup milk
6 tbsp. chia seeds
raspberries + coconut cream + 1 tbsp. honey for a delicious topping 😋
Bake at 350° F for 18 to 22 minutes

TIP 1 – Start your workout with a quick warm up.
TIP 2 – Do each exercise at 30 to 45 second
TIP 3 – Finish the workout with a lower body stretching routine.
TIP 4 – Eat a healthy diet and drink water.
