1. Pomegranate seeds
2. Overnight Soaked Almonds
3. One apple

Recipe 2 : Muesli
1. Half cup of milk
2. 2tbsp yogurt (optional)
3. Walnuts
4. One Chopped apple
5. Pomegranate seeds
