Today I made a quick and healthy weight loss dinner. This recipe features tender and juicy chicken breast with a side of roasted veggies. Today I used the best product in my kitchen, an air fryer! The reason why I love this gadget is because it’s quick and you can make almost anything using it.
INGREDIENTS FOR THE RECIPE:
2 chicken breast
1/2 zucchini
Half bell pepper ( you can use any color )
1/2 cup broccoli florets
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
4 slices, corn on the cob coins
1 cup caned chickpeas
SPICES:
1 packet/24 g Fajita seasoning
3/4 tsp salt
1 tsp Garlic powder
2 tsp paprika
4 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
