Hello Friends in This Video Shows Preparation Of Samba Wheat Rava Upma- Gothumai Samba Ravai Upma.
Add two tablespoon oil
add mustard 1 tsp
add urad dal 1 tsp
chana dal 2 tsp
add chili
Add chopped onions
green chilies
curry leaves
chopped ginger
saute well
add one cup chopped carrot
add one cup green peas
mix well
add 1 cup wheat Rava
fry the Rava for few seconds in low flame
in a cooker pour 1 and 1/4 cup water
add 1 tablespoon salt
let the water boil
transfer the roasted Rava into the cooker
mix well
close and put the whistle
keep it in low flame for 5 minutes and switch off
open the cooker after all pressure has been released
delicious wheat Rava upma is ready
