In this recipe i am not using any kind of heavy cream , i am only using Oat Cream , you can make oat cream easy at home.

INGREDIENTS:
CRUST:
2tbsp Oat Flour
1tbsp Almond flour ( Optional , if you don’t have any you can add only oat flour )
1,5tbsp Coconut sugar
20ml Plant based milk ( i am using Almond milk )

Filling:
50ml Oat Cream
20ml Cherry juice
2tbsp Coconut sugar
10g Cherries

INSTRUCTIONS:
Crust:
In a bowl add all of the crust ingredients mix until combined , if it’s too dry add more milk, and if it’s too wet add more flour
then add the crust into a pie baking form and place it in the fridge to set

Filling:
On a medium heat add all of the ingredients without the cherries, mix continiously, when it starts to ticken remove from heat and add the cherries

take the crust and add the cherry pie filling

Bake at 180C/356F for 45/50min
When it’s ready let it cool down before you serve it
