Ingredients:
all purpose flour 2 3/4 cup
sugar 1 1/4 cup
salt 1/2 tsp
baking soda 1/2 tsp
baking powder 2 tsp
egg 2 large
butter or star margarine 1/3 cup (melted)
evaporated milk 3/4 cup
water 2/3 cup
oil 3/4 cup
vanilla 1 tsp
food coloring yellow (optional)
Baking time: 18 to 20 minutes or until the side is golden brown
Oven temperature: 170°c
