Healthy dinner recipe – Moong daal kichidi
1 cup moong dal
1 cup brown rice
1 finely chopped onion
2 carrots chopped
1 Tea spoon cumin seeds
2 spoons oil
1 spoon ghee
3 green chilies chopped
Half cup sweet corn
Curry leaves
Coriander leaves
Salt per taste and requirement
Pepper
** soak moong dal + rice for an hour
Add ghee before serving for better flavor and serve hot 😋😋
