·        1 Cup Whole Wheat flour (245g)
·        1 Cup Grated Carrot (130g)
·        1/2 Cup Brown Sugar OR white sugar (you can      increase the quantity of sugar if you want
·        1/3 Cup Milk
·        ¼ Cup cooking oil
·        1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
·        1/2 Teaspoon Baking Soda
·        1Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
·        10- 15 Golden Raisins
·        Almonds or Choco Chips for topping
. Bake it at 350 F for 20-25 minutes
