Paneer is one of the most loved dishes in India. And it provides plenty of benefits to babies. It contains high levels of phosphorus and calcium that helps build strong teeth and bones in developing children.

Ingredients:

Paneer – 100 grams sliced in fingers
Ghee– 2 tblspn
Salt – 1 tsp
Pepper – 1 tsp (optional)

Slice the paneer into slices

Now add in salt and pepper to paneer and mix well.

Heat a tawa and place the paneer in it and fry till golden on all sides.

Serve.
