Ingredients:

Gujarati fajeto
1) Skin and seeds of 5-6 mangoes
2) 2 glasses of water
3) 2 tbsp Besan (chickpea flour)
4) 1 cup curd
5) Salt to taste
6) 1 tbsp Jaggery
7) 2 green chillies
8) 1 tbsp Ginger

For tempering
1) 1 tbsp ghee
2) 1/2 tbsp Jeera (cumin seeds)
3) 1/2 tbsp Coriander seeds
4) 1/2 cinnamon stick and 2 cloves
5) Few Curry leaves
6) Few Meethi (Fenugreek seeds)
7) Pinch of Hing (Asafoetida)

Baked Vada

For Garlic Chutney
1) 1tbsp Jeera (Cumin seeds)
2) 1 tbsp Til ( Sesame seeds)
3) 15-20 Garlic cloves
4) 2-3 tbsp Red chilli powder
5) Salt to taste

1) 6-7 boiled Potatoes
2) 1 tbsp Oil
3) 1/2 tsp Rai (Mustard seeds)
4) Few Curry leaves
5) 3 Green chillies
6) 1 tsp Haldi (turmeric powder)
7) Salt to taste
8) 1 Lemon

For Coating
1) 1 and 1/2 cup Besan (Chickpea flour)
2) Salt to taste
3) 1 tsp Haldi (turmeric powder)
4) 1 tsp Red chilli powder
5) 1 tsp Ajwain (carom seeds)
6) Pinch of Hing (Asafoetida)

Oil for greasing
