Ingredients:-
wheat flour-100gms
salt-as per taste
jeera-1 tspn
curd-2 tnsn
ENO-1 packet/1spoon
onion-1 big finely chopped
tomato-1 big finely chopped
green chilli-1-2 chopped
coriander-2-3 tnsn chopped
chilli powder-to garnish
Preparation:-
In a mixing bowl, take wheat flour, add salt as per taste, jeera, eno and curd. Mix it by adding little water until u get a uthhappam consistency. Now put a pan on stove and heat it. Once the pan gets heated, put this batter thickly. Add the toppings (onion, tomato, green chilli, coriander) . Sprinkle some salt and chillinpowder on it. Flip and fry the uthhapam until it is soft and crispy. Yummy Yummy atta uthappam is ready to serve.
