Recipe:
7 Months + Baby Food || Sweet Potato Avocado Puree with Egg – Healthy Lunch/Dinner for Babies

Ingredients – Sweet potato, avocado, egg.

Process
Start by peeling the sweet potato.
Slice it into smaller pieces.
Wash it and transfer into a cooking pan.
Add some water to boil it for 10 to 15mins
While on fire slice the Avocado into two and Scoop it into a bowl.
Slice the boiled egg into two and remove egg yolk to add to the scooped Avocado.
Mash together and set aside
Once potato is cooked transfer in a bowl and mash it with a fork.
Add the mashed avocado egg yolk and stir together.
You can add breastmilk or formula milk to loosen its thickness.
Serve this as lunch or dinner to baby.
