Boy do I have a delicious full day of eating for you! At 1,900 calories an over 180g of protein I was super happy with how all the meals came out. I think I have my best recipes yet in this video. The Apple Pie French Toast Casserole Cake Thing is 100% my new favorite recipe and the Spicy Chicken Smash Burgers are a close second. Both these meals are healthy, high in protein, low calories and best of all they taste amazing! I will be eating both on my lean bulk even. To help stay full in a deficit and lose fat make sure you have meals you enjoy to stay consistent and drink loads of water. Remember to eat your fruits and veggies kids.
