Cowpeas 1 cup
Water for soaking
Olive oil 2 tbsp
Mustard seeds 1 tsp
Caraway seeds(Shahi Jeera) 1 tsp
Onion 1 finely chopped
Ginger Garlic paste 1 tbsp
Salt for taste
Tomatoes 3 blanched and pureed
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Red chilli powder 1 tsp
Water 2 cups
Lemon/Lime juice 1 tsp
Coconut milk 1 cup
Some coriander leaves for garnishing
