Mustard seeds – 1/2 tsp
Garlic – 4 cloves (Chopped)
Green chilli – 1 (Chopped)
Curry leaves
Onion – 1/4 cup
Green capsicum – 1/4 cup
Carrot – 1/4 cup
Red capsicum – 1/4 cup
Chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
Jeera / cumin powder – 1/2 tsp
Garam masala – 1 tsp
Chat masala – 1/2 tsp
Coriander leaves – 1 tsp (chopped)
Salt to taste
