Beans Palya / Fry – quick & easy & healthy

Preparation Time: 10 mins
Cooking Time – 10 mins
Serves – 3-4

Ingredients:
Beans – 1 large cup chopped
Soaked Moog Daal – 1/4 cup (50gm)
Onions – 1 cup chopped
Curry leaves
Dry Red Chilli – 2-3 pieces
Oil for tempering
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves and grated coconut for garnishing

Pre-preparation:
Soak moong daal for 30mins before cooking to soften.

Preparation:
Add 2-3 tsp of oil into a frying pan
Add dry red chilli and curry leaves, saute
Add onions and fry well
Add salt to taste
Add soaked moong daal
Add beans and mix well
Add a dash of oil if its dry
Cover and cook until beans are cooked well
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and grated coconut
