Delicious Cauliflower Chicken Recipe Super Easy &Healthy |Low Carbs| Weight Loss Food by Diet Clinic
INGREDIENTS:
•1 Cauliflower
•2 Eggs
•1 cup Chicken
•1cup Capsicum
•1cup Carrots
•3tbsp Pea
•Ginger Garlic chopped / Paste
HOW TO MAKE IT?
•Take 2 eggs, add salt and pepper to it. Cook it on low flame in pan.
•Cut it into small square pieces.
Take a pan and pour 1/2 half tbsp olive oil and add Ginger Garlic to it.
•Cook them well and add chicken cubes.Let it cook properly and then add vegetables to it.
•Add salt, pepper and soya sauce to it. Let them cook.
•Remove it from pan and add crushed cauliflower in the same pan.
•Cook it until it becomes golden. •Now add cooked chicken and vegetables Along with eggs in it and give it a good mix .
•Our healthy recipe is ready to dig in.
