Healthy Salad Green and Feta!#short,#diet

This Greens Salad was created using items from my garden.
I wanted to present turnip greens in a way that preserved their nutritional value because most people boil them.With Feta its a dream!

Whether you’re gluten free, vegetarian, vegan, keto, dairy free or paleo,
this salad will work!

Ingredients
1 bunch fresh turnip greens (about 10 ounces)
5 ounces fresh baby spinach (about 8 cups)
1 medium cucumber, halved and thinly sliced
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
3/4 cup dried cranberries
1/2 medium red onion, thinly sliced
1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese
1 garlic clove
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons sherry vinegar
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
