2 (50g) raw beetroot
100g cucumber
1 (9g) spring onion
2 (100g) tomatoes
5g fresh coriander
For the salad dressing:
1/2 lemon juice+ 1 tsp olive oil + 1/2 tsp cumin+ 1/4 tsp salt
