Keto Nut Cookies – for Breakfast, Dessert or Healthy Snack

Ingredients:
4 large egg yolks
4 ½ T melted coconut oil, cooled to room temperature
30 g confectioners Swerve (erythitol)
100 g. coconut flakes
100 g. chopped walnuts
100g. chopped pecans
100 g. keto chocolate chips

Pre heat oven to 350 degrees F. Wisk together the eggs, coconut oil and Swerve. Mix in the nuts and chips until mixture is uniform. Drop by tablespoon onto parchment paper on cookie sheet and press into 2 “ cookies. Bake for 8-10 minutes until slightly golden brown. Makes about 22 cookies.
