Watermelon is a sweet and refreshing low calorie summer snack. It provides hydration and also essential nutrients, including vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. Watermelon has high water content and also provides some fiber. These nutrients help promote a healthy gut by preventing constipation .



INGREDIENTS

Chopped seedless watermelon pieces – 1 cup

Thick Curd – ½ cup

Salt  to taste

Mint + green chilli + ginger paste – 2 tsp

Sugar – 1 tsp

Roasted jeera pwdr – ¼ tsp [ optional ]

METHOD
Whisk the curd + salt + sugar + mint paste . [ don’t add water ]
Now add the water melon and mix .
Mix well.
Finally sprinkle jeera pwdr .
Refrigerate till chill and serve .
Same recipe can be tried with pineapple /grapes etc
