Ingredients:
A) Lunch Box 1
1 Tbsp Chopped Carrot
1 Tbsp Chopped Onion
2 Tbsp Chopped Cabbage
1 Tbsp Chopped Spring Onion
1 Tbsp Chopped Tomato
1 Tbsp Boiled Corn
2 Tbsp Grated Cheese
1 Tbsp Chopped Capsicum
Salt as per Taste
A Pinch of Black Pepper
2 Tbsp mayonnaise
Bread Slices
Butter
Main Preparation:
1. In a Bowl take 1 Tbsp Chopped Carrot, 1 Tbsp Chopped Onion, 2 Tbsp Chopped Cabbage, 1 Tbsp Chopped Spring Onion, 1 Tbsp Chopped Tomato, 1 Tbsp Boiled Corn, 2 Tbsp Grated Cheese, 1 Tbsp Chopped Capsicum, Salt as per Taste, A Pinch of Black Pepper and 2 Tbsp mayonnaise. Mix it Well. Filling is ready.
2. Take Bread Slices. Cut the Sides (or as per your choice). Spread the Mix on Bread and cover it with another piece of bread.
3. Now Apply Butter on one side. Place it on a Heated Pan and Apply Butter on the other side. Cook from both Sides until Golden Brown on low flame by pressing gently.
Sandwich is Ready
B) Lunch Box 2
1 Tbsp Oil
1 Tbsp Butter
3 Medium Boiled & Mashed Potato
2 Tbsp Green Peas
2 Tbsp Finely Chopped Carrot
2 Tbsp Chopped Spring Onion
2 Tbsp Chopped Tomato
2 Tbsp Chopped Onion
A Pinch of Chili Flakes
Salt as per Taste
A Pinch of Black Pepper
Roti
Tomato Sauce
Cheese Slice
Butter
Main Preparation:
1. Heat 1 Tbsp Oil and 1 Tbsp Butter in a pan. Add 2 Tbsp Green Peas, 2 Tbsp Finely Chopped Carrot, 2 Tbsp Chopped Onion. Stir fry for about 2 mins on low medium flame
2. Add 2 Tbsp Chopped Tomato and Stir fry for about a min on low medium flame.
3. Now add 3 Medium Boiled & Mashed Potato, 2 Tbsp Chopped Spring Onion, A Pinch of Chili Flakes, Salt as per Taste and A Pinch of Black Pepper. Mix them Well and Fry for about 2 Mins on low medium flame. Aloo Mix is Ready.
4. Take Roti and apply Tomato Sauce. Place Cheese Slice on it and Spread Aloo Mix. Fold it as Shown in the video.
5. Heat Pan and Spread Butter. Cook Roti with filling on Low Flame to make it crisp. Cook until Golden Brown and Crisp on Both Sides
C) Lunch Box 3
1 Tbsp Butter
1/2 Tsp Cumin Seeds
1 Tbsp Chopped Onion
1 Tbsp finely Chopped Carrot
1 Tbsp Green Peas
1 Tbsp Chopped Paneer
1 Cup Cooked Rice
1 Tbsp Chopped Spring Onion
Salt as per Taste
1 Tsp Tomato Sauce
1/2 Tsp Soy Sauce
Main Preparation:
1. Heat 1 Tbsp Butter in a Pan. Add 1/2 Tsp Cumin Seeds, 1 Tbsp Chopped Onion. Stir fry for about a min on low medium flame
2. Add 1 Tbsp finely Chopped Carrot, 1 Tbsp Green Peas and 1 Tbsp Chopped Paneer. Stir fry for about a min on low medium flame.
3. Add 1 Cup Cooked Rice and 1 Tbsp Chopped Spring Onion. Stir fry for about 2 mins on low medium flame
4. Add Salt as per Taste and Mix Well and stir Fry for about 1 Min.
5. Now add 1 Tsp Tomato Sauce and 1/2 Tsp Soy Sauce. Mix Well and Fry for about a Min on low medium flame.
