These chickpea collagen snack bars have been my go-to this week! Made with chickpeas, almond butter, and collagen. It’s a great source of grass fed collagen, protein, and MCT oil. All the healthy fats and protein to keep you fueled and satisfied throughout your day. Loving these low-sugar chocolate snack bars. They are soft on the inside and topped off with (more) chocolate haha- true Kaylie style.
How to make:
1 can chickpeas, drained
2 scoops @hvmn chocolate keto collagen+ (1/2 cup)
½ cup almond butter
4 tbsp cocoa powder
2 tablespoons plant milk or sweetener
2 pinches salt
Blend in food processor and press into a 4” by 8” pan lined with parchment.
Melt Chocolate chips for on top (optional). Chill in fridge of freezer.
