Healthy donuts with natural ingredients and only 154 calories per donut, including frosting! It is low fat (5g fat per donut) and is a perfect healthy version of your favorite donut. Check out my video with frosting recipes – simple, fast and very delicious.
Ingredients for healthy donuts
250 g quark cheese – *In this video I wrote cottage cheese instead of quark cheese. I had some difficulties with translation till I figured out that the correct translation is quark cheese.
200 g whole wheat flour
1 egg
30 g maple syrup
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla sugar
salt
10 g plant milk
Frosting for donuts
Chocolate (4 donuts) : 40 g dark chocolate*
grated walnuts
White icing (3 donuts) :
50 g powdered sugar (3 donuts)
1 tbsp of cold boiled water
grated chocolate
Caramel frosting (4 donuts):
1 tbsp of almond butter
1 tbsp of maple syrup
0,5 tbsp of coconut oil
Pinch of salt
Icing with powdered sugar
10 g powdered sugar
