Chicken leg piece 200 grams
Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
Red chilli flakes 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder 1/2 tsp
All spice Powder 1/2 tsp
Salt1/2 tsp
Tikka masala 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Yogurt 2 tbsp
Chilli sauce 1 tsp
Soya sauce 1 tsp
yellow or orange food colour 1/4 tsp
Carom seeds 1 pinch

Recipe;
first apply ginger garlic paste on chicken,then add all spices into yougurt and

rub on the chicken , marinate the chicken for 2 to 3 hours.
Now heat the pan add oil and then add chicken cover the chicken and cook for 10 minutes each side then flip to other side,cook until chicken tender.
(you can also smoke the chicken for aroma as per your choice)
