Curd/yogurt sandwich is very delicious and healthy recipe.You can give these sandwichs to your kids tiffin box.It can be served as morning breakfast/evening snacks.You can make them very easily by following my recipe.

INGREDIENTS;
1/2 cup hung curd/yogurt
1 tbsp mayonnaise(optional)
2 tbsp grated carrot
2 tbsp grated beetroot
2 tbsp finely chopped cucumber
1 small onion finely chopped
2-3 tbsp green chutney
2-3 tbsp tomato ketchup
1/4 tsp crushed black pepper
1/2 tsp chat masala
salt to taste
ghee/butter for greasing
METHOD;
1.Mix hung curd with vegetables and mayonnaise.
2.Add dry spices and mix well.Stuffing is ready.
3.Apply green chutney on 1 bread slices and tomato ketchup on other slice.Now fill stuffing and cover with other slice.
4.apply ghee/butter on both sides ang grill it in a griller/sandwich maker/on tawa
5.Serve hot with dip of your choice.
