HEALTHY GREEN SALAD
YOU WILL NEED
CABBAGE – 150 GRAMS
GREEN BELL PEPPER – 150 GRAMS
ONIONS – 50 GRAMS
CUCUMBER (WITH PEELS)– 100 GRAMS
FOR SALAD DRESSING
OLIVE OIL – 2 TBSP
OREGANO – 2 TSP
FRESH LEMON JUICE – 2 NOs ( 2 TBSP)
SALT – As Required
METHOD
Wash and prepare the vegetables . Take a bowl, add all the vegetables.
Take another bowl, add Olive Oil, Oregano, Lemon Juice and Salt. Mix it well. Pour the mix (Salad Dressing) on the vegetables . Mix it nicely and the Green Salad is ready.
