You Can Eat This Amazing Low Calorie Pasta Casserole Every Day And Lose Weight!

If you are searching for some low calorie pasta recipes for weight loss or lean bodybuilding, this video is for you!
Today I am sharing with you a low calorie pasta recipe that is one of my favorite “weight loss recipes” ever!
Usually, when we eat pasta casserole it contains between 350-450 calories per 100g but here due to the low fat ingredients we get a low fat pasta with only get 135 calories per 100g, that’s 3-4 times less in calories! this is insane and you also get around 10 grams of protein per 100 grams!
So basically it’s kind of a healthy pasta recipe that you can add to your list of healthy recipes.
Also, due to the amount of cheese in the recipe, you will get a very cheesy casserole similar to a mac and cheese recipe.
Once it’s ready, make sure to let it cool and stabilize for 10-15 minutes.

List of ingredients and calories:

Pasta – 500g
Boiled water – 2 glasses
Low fat cottage cheese (i used 3% fat) – 100g
Mushrooms – 80g
Low fat white brine sirene or feta cheese (i used 5% fat) – 100g
Low fat Mozzarella cheese (i used 9% fat) – 100g
Low fat pastrami (i used 6% fat) – 100g
All purpose flour – 40g
Eggs – 2
Salt – 1/2 tsp
Black pepper – 1/4 tsp
Nutmeg – 1/4

The total weight of the baked casserole that I got was – 1130 grams
Total calories of entire casserole – 1525 calories
Calories per 100 grams – only 135!
