Ingredients of Gola Roti

1 Cup maida

1 Egg

1/2 tsp ginger

2 tbsp onion, finely chopped

2 green chillies, chopped

1 tbsp tomato, chopped

1-2 coriander leaves, chopped

Salt (as per taste)

Sugar (as per taste)

1 tsp black pepper powder

water (as per taste)

Oil/butter

#Curd ,achar and mix special achar use it to serve

How to Make Gola Roti

1.

Take maida, egg, salt, sugar and black pepper powder in a mixing bowl and mix everything together.

2.

Add the veggies and water slowly to the bowl and make a batter of thin consistency (not runny).

3.

Now heat a pan with oil or butter and add a ladleful of batter and spread.

4.

Cook both the sides well on medium flame. Serve hot with ketchup.
