vitamin B6

phosphorus

– Wild caught salmon is good source of , Omega 3 Fatty acids
✅ 𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐧 𝐆𝐥𝐮𝐭𝐞𝐧 𝐅𝐫𝐞𝐞 𝐃𝐢𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐫 𝐑𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐞:
Wild Caught Alaskan Salmon – (most wild caught alaskan salmons are dry – but this brand that i show in the video from whole foods is the best you can

1 cup of Sorghum Grain – ( this makes portion for 5 individuals) LInk is bellow👇
2 cups of steamed or 5 min boiled broccoli
1 tea spoon of Iodized sea salt
4 table spoon of extra virgin olive oil
Juice of 1/2 large lemon or 1 small lemon
1 clove of fresh garlic
3-4 table spoons of Italian tomato sauce
2 tbl spoon of chopped organic dill or herbs of your choice

𝐄𝐀𝐒𝐘 𝐒𝐓𝐄𝐏𝐒 𝐎𝐅 𝐂𝐎𝐎𝐊𝐈𝐍𝐆
𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐩𝐬 𝟏: Cook sorghum as it says on the packaging – I cook it for 60 min
𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐩 𝟐: Once sorghum is half way cooked, wash wild caught salmon and season it with olive oil, salt black pepper and bake it – I bake salmon for 30 min @350
𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐩 𝟑: Once salmon is in the oven, cut 2 cups of broccoli into small pcs, boil it for 5 min and put aside.
𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐩 𝟒: Once Sorghum is boiled rinse it well to wash away any dirt, and drain it, then transfer sorghum and broccoli into a pan – on med heat to warm it up. Season it with 1 teaspoon of iodized seas salt, 4 tbl spoons of olive oil, and fresh lemon juice, mix well.
Serve it beautifully with salmon – top salmon with tomato sauce, ( you can warm up Italian tomato sauce) fresh garlic and herbs of your choice as i show in the video 🙂
