Hi Friends,

Today I am sharing one of the most healthy recipes of all time 🙂 It is quinoa pulao. Quinoa is a seed, not a grain or cereal and it is a great substitute for vrat wale rice or samai rice. It is healthy, gluton free and really delicious.

Earlier I made a quinoa salad and we both did not like that at all. And I was skeptical when I was trying this quinoa pulao. But it was surprisingly tasty. Wao. Even Jatin liked it too. He was not even trying quinoa pulao but I made him taste one spoon of quinoa pulao and he said he wants to have more quinoa pulao. Isn’t it amazing? That is like an assurance for me that the food is good and anyone can have it as Jatin is a fussy eater at times.

Anyway you also try this quinoa pulao recipe. It is healthy, quick, easy and yummy. You can make it for dinner or lunch. I would suggest to make it for dinner as it is quite light and filling and tastes best when it is served hot in dinner 🙂
